douglasricovzla Desarticulado parcialmente el grupo hamponil Los 4.5 de Nueva Casarapa Una comisión de la Delegación Municipal Guarenas , luego de intensas investigaciones de campo , entrevistas a las víctimas y elaboración de retratos hablados , realizaron la aprehensión de tres integrantes del grupo criminal Los 4.5 de Nueva Casarapa , que mantenían azotados a los residentes de dicho sector , debido a sus constantes robos , en dos de ellos abusaron sexualmente de sus víctimas .
Los mismos quedaron identificados como : Dalfre Alejandro Fuentes Bermúdez ( 21 ) , Jorman Yahel Capote Díaz ( 18 ) y un joven de 16 años , los cuales junto a Alex Yordano Romero ( 18 ) y un hombre de nombre Edgar , ambos por aprehender ; tenían un radio de acción en los alrededores de la Urbanización Nueva Casarapa , parroquia Guarenas , municipio Plaza , estado Miranda .
Una vez avistaron a sus víctimas , las sometían bajo amenazas de muerte portando armas blancas tipo cuchillo y de fuego , despojándolos de sus pertenencias de valor ; cabe destacar , que , en dos oportunidades , abusaron sexualmente de las féminas , causando que una de ellas contrajera una enfermedad de transmisión sexual .
Tras labores de inteligencia , fueron ubicados en las adyacencias donde operaban , al verse acorralados , emprendieron huida , originándose una persecución que culminó a los pocos metros , donde al ser abordados , intentaron agredir a los funcionarios actuantes , siendo neutralizada la acción y materializando su captura . Durante el procedimiento se ubicaron como evidencias , tres celulares , uno solicitado por abuso sexual , lesiones y robo y dos por robo , un estetoscopio , un tensiómetro y dos cuchillos , siendo remitidos a las Fiscalías 18 ° y 31 ° del Ministerio Público del estado Miranda .
