Un extenso recorrido realizó el Gobernador del estado Lara, Adolfo Pereira, durante este domingo, con el objetivo de pasar revista a diferentes trabajos que las instituciones del ejecutivo nacional y regional se encuentran ejecutando en el municipio Torres.
Las inspecciones arrancaron desde la entrada de Arenales, parroquia Castañeda de la mencionada jurisdicción, donde supervisó la reactivación de los trabajos de instalación de fibra óptica a través de CANTV, que atenderá de forma directa a más de 1.600 usuarios desde la ciudad de Barquisimeto, municipio Iribarren, hasta Carora, en el municipio Torres.
Seguidamente, el mandatario larense se movilizó hasta el sector Curarigüita del municipio Torres para inspeccionar las labores que realiza la Hidrológica de la entidad (Hidrolara) en la sustitución de 120 metros de tubería de 24 pulgadas. “Este trabajo lo debemos estar terminando durante la semana que viene con una parada que vamos a hacer en Atarigua para poder empalmar la tubería”, indicó. Recordó el daño que hacen las tomas clandestinas, asegurando que se pierde gran cantidad de agua.
Posteriormente, el Gobernador se trasladó hasta Carora, específicamente a la calle Mérida, donde la institución encargada de la distribución del vital líquido, Hidrolara, efectuó el reemplazo de un colector de aguas servidas de 60 metros y 10 pulgadas. Agregó que ya el Preescolar que se encuentra en el punto y círculo no sufre de inundaciones y los niños pueden asistir a sus clases con total normalidad. En el lugar, conversó con los vecinos y asumió el compromiso de ejecutar el asfaltado de la calle.
Continuando su despliegue en el municipio Torres, la máxima autoridad regional verificó la instalación de los tubos de 12 metros por 64 pulgadas, enviados por el Instituto de Vialidad del estado Lara (Invilara), para la creación de un alcantarillado que favorecerá al Complejo Ferial de Carora, ubicado en la parroquia Trinidad Samuel. Mencionó que durante el día de ayer un equipo del ejecutivo regional llegó para atender a los ganaderos y garantizar las mejores Ferias ganaderas que merece la jurisdicción.
Por último, Pereira se dirigió hasta la comunidad El Campanero en la parroquia Trinidad Samuel para pasar revista a los avances de los trabajos que realiza Hidrolara en la Estación de Rebombeo de Aguas Servidas, donde efectuaron la colocación de un tablero totalmente nuevo, el mantenimiento de dos bombas, la sustitución de dos válvulas y la sustitución del tendido eléctrico. El Gobernador precisó que fueron invertidos 153 mil bolívares digitales y comentó que espera que las labores finalicen el próximo viernes.

Lastly, Pereira went to the El Campanero community in the Trinidad Samuel parish to review the progress of the works being carried out by Hidrolara at the Sewage Pumping Station, where they installed a completely new board, maintained two pumps, the replacement of two valves and the replacement of the electrical wiring. The Governor specified that 153,000 digital bolivars were invested and commented that he expects the work to end next Friday.
