Luego de un trabajo exhaustivo de investigación efectivos de la Delegación Municipal San Francisco, lograron la captura de Carmen Alicia Leiva Solano (56), en la urbanización La Estrella, parroquia Olegario Villalobos, municipio Maracaibo, estado Zulia.
La información que fue publicada en la red social Instagram del Director Nacional del CICPC, @douglasricovzla, confirma que la detenida, es señalada por llevar a cabo trabajos con productos vencidos y no poseer las credenciales requeridas para ejercer el oficio de esteticista.
Los sabuesos efectuaron la investigación vía internet, en plataformas digitales y sociales como Instagram y Facebook, a través de los cuales se dio con el perfil de la aprehendida, quien ofrecía tratamientos faciales y corporales con inyecciones de biopolímeros y ácidos hialurónicos.
El caso fue puesto a la orden de la Fiscalía Octava del Ministerio Público de la región zuliana.

The information that was published on the Instagram social network of the National Director of the CICPC, @douglasricovzla, confirms that the detainee is accused of carrying out work with expired products and not having the credentials required to practice the trade of a beautician.
The sleuths carried out the investigation via the internet, on digital and social platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, through which they found the profile of the apprehended woman, who offered facial and body treatments with injections of biopolymers and hyaluronic acids.
The case was placed at the order of the Eighth Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry of the Zulia region.
