Efectivos adscritos a la Coordinación de Investigaciones de Delitos Contra las Personas de la Delegación del CICPC de La Guaira, lograron la detención del ciudadano Raúl Eduardo Pargas Martínez de 62 años de edad, presunto homicida de Emilio Pargas Martínez.
De acuerdo a la información difundida a través de la red social Instagram de @douglasricovzla, Director del Cuerpo de Investigaciones Científicas, Penales y Criminalísticas, las pesquisas de los funcionarios, confirmaron que los ciudadanos eran hermanos y con frecuencia sostenían discusiones.
Presuntamente, el día del crimen, el cual se perpetró en Maiquetía, ambos ciudadanos se encontraban bajo los efectos del alcohol y sostuvieron una acalorada discusión que trajo como consecuencia, que Raúl agrediera a su hermano mayor con un listón de madera, ocasionándole múltiples golpes en la región cefálica.
La gravedad de las heridas, generó que la víctima tuviera que ser trasladada hasta el Hospital Doctor José María Vargas, donde falleció al momento de ser ingresada.

Agents assigned to the Coordination of Investigations of Crimes Against Persons of the CICPC Delegation of La Guaira, achieved the arrest of citizen Raúl Eduardo Pargas Martínez, 62 years old, alleged murderer of Emilio Pargas Martínez.
According to the information disseminated through the Instagram social network of @douglasricovzla, Director of the Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations Corps, the investigations of the officials confirmed that the citizens were brothers and frequently had arguments.
Presumably, on the day of the crime, which took place in Maiquetía, both citizens were under the influence of alcohol and had a heated argument that resulted in Raúl attacking his older brother with a wooden strip, causing multiple blows to his the cephalic region.
The seriousness of the injuries meant that the victim had to be transferred to the Doctor José María Vargas Hospital, where she died at the time of being admitted.
