El gobernador del estado Lara, V/A Adolfo Pereira, informó que fue activado un Plan Especial para atender de manera eficiente la distribución de agua potable en el municipio Torres.
En ese sentido, el mandatario regional precisó que un equipo multidisciplinario se mantendrá trabajando hasta consolidar el restablecimiento del servicio.
Igualmente, destacó que el Sistema de Atarigua se encuentra en reparación, agregó que dentro de los trabajos que se realizan en el sitio, se encuentra la sustitución de 120 metros de tubería de 24” pulgadas, además de la corrección de las tomas ilegales.
Pereira, aseveró que estiman culminar dichas labores durante este jueves. “No vamos a descansar, cuente el pueblo de Carora que aquí hay un gobierno nacional, regional, municipal, popular y todos nuestros órganos de seguridad ciudadana y político también, empeñado en volver a restituir el vital líquido”, apuntó el gobernador.

In this sense, the regional president specified that a multidisciplinary team will continue working until the restoration of the service is consolidated.
Likewise, he stressed that the Atarigua System is under repair, adding that among the works carried out on the site, there is the replacement of 120 meters of 24-inch pipe, in addition to the correction of illegal intakes.
Pereira, asserted that they estimate to complete these tasks this Thursday. “We are not going to rest, let the people of Carora tell us that here there is a national, regional, municipal, popular government and all our citizen security and political bodies as well, committed to restoring the vital liquid,” said the governor.
