En los constantes operativos realizados para el despeje de vías públicas resultaron sancionados 38 establecimientos comerciales por obstaculizar el paso vehicular y peatonal con avisos publicitarios, mercancía y otros objetos.
Estas acciones están enmarcadas en el primer vértice del plan Iribarren Cuenta Contigo impulsado por el Alcalde de Iribarren Luis Jonás Reyes Flores para acabar con la anarquía y garantizar el derecho a la ciudad, de todas y todos.
El último de los operativos se llevó a cabo en las carreras 21, 22 y 23, desde la calle 25 hasta la 42, desde las 9 de la mañana hasta las 4 de la tarde, en el que se decomisaron los obstáculos encontrados en el paso vehicular y peatonal y se ejecutaron sanciones con multas de 2 y 6 Petros.
Cabe recordar que el Alcalde Reyes Flores, lanzó este plan a finales del año 2.021, el cual comenzó a ejecutarse los primeros días de enero 2.022, orientado en vértices precisos que redundan en seguir transformando a Iribarren no sólo materialmente, sino también estimulando al ser humano como ente generador de esa transformación.
Los organismos actuantes en estas jornadas son SEMAT, la dirección de Planificación y Control Urbano, Policia Municipal de Iribarren y la AMTT.
El llamado sigue siendo a los dueños de comercios, no solo a estar al día con los tributos municipales, sino también a cumplir con las ordenanzas municipales en materia de ordenamiento vial, tránsito y circulación, a fin de respetar el derecho de conductores y peatones al libre tránsito en el municipio Iribarren.
